ROYALAY Adjustable Bed Massage Headrest — Freestanding Height-Adjustable Face Cradle with Memory Foam (Black)

ROYALAY Massage Headrest is a freestanding, height-adjustable bed headrest that supports comfortable face-down positioning for at-home massage, relaxation, and recovery.

This freestanding headrest from ROYALAY provides a stable, portable platform for face-down rest without attaching to a mattress. It combines a cushioned, removable face cradle, an armrest platform, and six height settings to fit most bed and sofa heights. Built with a waterproof PU cover and easy-clean foam, it’s designed for repeated home use, moving between rooms, and simple maintenance.

How does this headrest make face-down resting easier at home?

The headrest raises your face and supports your arms so you can lie face-down comfortably on a bed or sofa rather than on the floor or a fixed table. The adjustable face cradle uses thick memory foam and a customizable opening to relieve facial pressure while keeping breathing comfortable. Because the unit is freestanding, you position it where you need it and remove it when you’re finished.

• Six height positions from 22.8" to 34.6" to match different mattress or sofa heights.
• Removable, memory-foam face cradle with an adjustable opening for airflow.
• Independent floor-standing base for quick setup without bed attachments.

Is it stable and easy to move between rooms?

The unit is designed with a freestanding support structure that balances on the floor, providing steady support without connecting to the bed frame. Lightweight construction and a compact footprint make relocating the headrest simple, whether you want it next to a bed, on a sofa, or in a living room. No tools or permanent installation are required, so it’s practical for multi-room use.

• Independent base eliminates the need for clamps or straps.
• Compact, portable frame for easy lifting and carrying.
• Quick placement beside a variety of seating or bedding options.

What comfort and cleaning features does the ROYALAY headrest include?

The face cradle is updated with thicker memory foam to improve mold-to-face comfort and help reduce pressure points during longer sessions. The PU cover resists oil and water, so simple wiping with mild soapy water restores appearance quickly. An adjustable armrest platform keeps the arms relaxed and can also hold small items like a phone or book while you rest.

• Thick memory-foam face cradle for softer, contouring support.
• Waterproof, oil-resistant PU cover for easy surface cleaning.
• Adjustable armrest doubles as a small shelf for personal items.

How adjustable is the headrest for different body types and beds?

The headrest adjusts across six precise height settings to align the face cradle with mattresses or sofa cushions of varying thickness. The face cradle can be removed or repositioned to fine-tune the angle and opening size according to personal comfort. The adjustable armrest height adds another layer of customization for shoulder and arm support.

• Six height settings: 22.8", 25.2", 27.6", 29.9", 32.3", 34.6".
• Removable and positionable face cradle for personalized fit.
• Armrest height adjusts to reduce shoulder strain during use.

Who is this for: The ROYALAY Massage Headrest is suitable for anyone who prefers face-down rest at home—people receiving at-home massage, individuals seeking a comfortable reading or relaxation position on a bed or sofa, and those needing a non-permanent support for post-procedure recovery routines. It’s also useful for travel between rooms, short-term therapy setups, and homeowners who want an easy-to-clean solution without modifying furniture.
