ShtNeeg Adjustable Massage Headrest for Bed — Memory Foam Face Cradle, Fits 6"–17" Mattresses, Portable

The ShtNeeg Massage Headrest is an adjustable, portable face cradle that converts most home beds into a comfortable, professional-style massage or recovery surface.

Lightweight, tool-free, and designed to slide under mattresses 6" to 17" thick, this headrest kit combines a stable metal bracket, a soft memory-foam face pillow, and a supportive armrest so you can get ergonomic face-down positioning anywhere — from your bedroom to a travel setup. It’s built for comfort, easy cleaning, and quick assembly, making it a practical choice for therapists, home users, and people recovering from eye or facial procedures who need a face-down option without a full massage table.

How does the ShtNeeg headrest attach to a regular mattress?

The headrest uses a slim metal bracket that slides beneath the mattress to create a secure anchor point without permanent installation. Adjustments lock with a simple knob so you can set height and angle quickly.

• Fits mattresses 6"–17" thick
• Durable metal slide-in bracket for stable support
• No tools required for assembly
• Lightweight, compact for storage or travel

What comfort features does the face pillow provide?

The face pillow is made from contouring memory foam with a breathable, removable cover so it cushions the face, neck, and arms while allowing airflow. Covers are washable and made from stain-resistant fabric to keep the cradle hygienic after repeated use.

• Soft memory foam molds to facial contours
• Breathable, removable, washable cover
• Even pressure distribution to reduce hotspots
• Armrest included for additional support

Can I adjust the headrest for different therapies or sleeping positions?

Yes — the headrest provides both height adjustment and angle rotation so you can fine-tune positioning for massage sessions, physical therapy, or restful face-down time. The adjustment mechanism is straightforward, letting you pivot up to 180° and set heights between 6" and 17".

• Height range: 6"–17" for varied mattress thicknesses
• Angle rotation up to 180° to match body alignment
• Knob-lock system for quick, secure changes
• Suitable for massage, therapy, and recovery routines

How portable and sturdy is this headrest for at-home use?

The bracket and pillow are engineered for a balance of stability and portability — the bracket slides under the mattress and supports the load while remaining light enough to fold and pack for travel. Materials are chosen to resist stains and wear, offering a long-lasting, hygienic alternative to bulky massage tables.

• Sturdy metal bracket provides reliable support
• Folds compactly for storage or transport
• Repellent fabric and easy-clean materials
• No permanent modification to bed required
