1. Who we are

Opulora Beauty is an online retailer of skincare, makeup, hair care, bath and body, nail, fragrance and grooming products, selling to customers in Canada. Contact: opulorabeauty@gmail.com.

2. Prices, taxes and payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable GST, HST, PST or QST is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address. Shipping within Canada is free. Payment is taken at the time of order through Shopify’s secure checkout. If a pricing error is discovered before shipping we will contact you and offer the correct price or a full refund.

3. Your order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send the shipping confirmation. We may decline an order where an item is unavailable, where we cannot verify payment, or where the shipping address is outside Canada; in each case any payment is refunded in full.

4. Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can, including ingredients and directions where they are available to us. Colours may look slightly different on screen. Where a product does not match its description, we cover the return and refund in full. Product descriptions are general information and not medical advice.

5. Safe use

Use products as directed on the label. Patch test new products, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies, and always carry out the skin allergy test required before using hair colour. Stop using any product that causes irritation and consult a pharmacist or doctor if needed. Keep products out of reach of children.

6. Shipping

See our shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes when payment is received in full. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather or other events outside our control, but we will always help you track and resolve a delayed order.

7. Returns and cancellation

See our returns and refunds policy. Your rights under the consumer protection legislation of your province or territory are not affected.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any matter that cannot be limited under Canadian law. Otherwise our liability to you in connection with an order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made.

9. Intellectual property

Text, images and guides on this site are the property of Opulora Beauty or used with permission and may not be reproduced without consent. Brand names belong to their owners and are used only to describe products.

10. Privacy

See our privacy policy for how we handle personal information under PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy law.

11. Complaints and disputes

Email us first; most issues are resolved within a business day. If you remain unhappy you may contact your provincial consumer protection office or use the small claims process in your province. These terms are governed by the laws of the province in which you reside and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
