Refund policy

Free returns within 30 days

You may return any unopened, unused item to Opulora Beauty within 30 days of the day it was delivered, for a full refund of the item price. Return shipping is free: every eligible return ships back with a prepaid label, whether the reason is a fault on our side or simply that the product was not right for you. This is in addition to your rights under your province’s consumer protection legislation, which are not affected by anything on this page.

How to return an item

  1. Email opulorabeauty@gmail.com with your order number, the item and the reason (a sentence is fine).
  2. We reply the same business day with a prepaid return label.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off with the carrier.

Opened products

For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics, skincare, fragrance and hair and nail products that have been opened, used or had their seal broken can only be returned if they are faulty, damaged, not as described, or caused a skin reaction. In those cases the return is free and we refund or replace the item.

Skin reactions

If a product irritates your skin, stop using it and rinse the area. If the reaction is severe or does not settle, see a pharmacist or doctor. Email us within 30 days of delivery and we refund the item. You can also report an adverse reaction to a cosmetic to Health Canada.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving with us. Your card issuer may take a further 3–5 business days to show the credit. Taxes charged on the item are refunded with it. You receive an email when the refund is processed.

Damaged, leaking or wrong items

Photograph the item and packaging and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We send a replacement or refund in full, and you do not need to return a leaking or broken product.

Exchanges

For unopened items, tell us what you would like instead. If the replacement is available we send it as soon as the return is on its way; otherwise we refund and you reorder.

Cancelling an order

You may cancel any time before your order ships by email for a full refund. After shipping, return unopened items free under this policy.
