CALZORO Massage Headrest for Bed with Arm Rest & Chest Cushion — Foldable, Adjustable Height

CALZORO's foldable bed massage headrest provides ergonomic, face-down support with integrated armrests and chest cushion for comfortable home relaxations and mobile therapy.

This compact massage headrest is engineered to transform a regular mattress or treatment table into a comfortable face-down relaxation station. It blends an enlarged contoured face cradle, adjustable height, and removable breathable cover with a lightweight, foldable frame so you can set up a spa-like position anywhere—at home, in a hotel room, or on a client visit. The design focuses on pressure relief for the face, chest, and arms while keeping the unit stable across mattress thicknesses from 6" to 18".

How does the face cradle improve comfort during a face-down session?

The enlarged contoured cushion conforms to facial curves and spreads pressure more evenly, reducing discomfort on the forehead and cheekbones. An adjustable opening lets you widen or narrow the fit to match different face shapes, and the skin-friendly removable cover is machine washable for simple upkeep.

• Large contoured cushion for better pressure distribution
• Customizable face opening to suit various face sizes
• Breathable removable cover that's easy to wash

Will it stay stable on different mattress thicknesses and surfaces?

The headrest includes a flat-tube base that sits flush on mattresses and dual EVA anti-slip grips to prevent sliding. Height is adjustable to fit mattresses from 6" to 18", so the cradle aligns correctly with the user's face and upper body without awkward tilting.

• Adjustable height range: 6"–18" mattress compatibility
• Flat tube base reduces sinking and pressure points
• Dual EVA anti-slip strips for enhanced stability

Can I change the angle and store it easily when not in use?

The face cradle rotates up to 180° for precise angle adjustments, allowing you to find the most comfortable tilt for your head and neck. When you’re finished, the unit folds flat and fits into the included carrying bag, making it simple to pack away or transport between locations.

• 180° rotatable face cradle to fine-tune the angle
• Foldable frame for compact storage
• Lightweight carrying bag included for portability

What added support do the armrests and chest cushion provide?

Integrated armrests and a chest cushion give upper-body support during face-down positioning, helping reduce strain on shoulders and ribs. These extras mimic a professional spa setup so you can relax more fully while receiving a massage or resting after procedures.

• Armrests relieve shoulder and arm strain during treatments
• Chest cushion reduces pressure on the sternum and ribs
• Creates a more spa-like and supportive resting posture

Who is this for: The CALZORO massage headrest is suited to home users who want a better face-down rest experience, mobile massage therapists needing a lightweight, professional accessory, travelers who want a portable relaxation solution, and anyone recovering from non-surgical facial procedures who requires gentler face-down positioning. It’s not intended for medical diagnosis or treatment; instead, it offers ergonomic support and convenience for personal comfort and therapy-style sessions.
