Cxgros Massage Headrest for Bed — Adjustable Face Cradle (Fits 6"–17" Mattresses) with Memory Foam Pillow & Armrest

This compact headrest kit is built to give you the functionality of a massage table without the bulk. Lightweight and foldable, the frame slips under mattresses 6"–17" thick to create a cushioned face cradle, armrest shelf and breast support that make prone treatments, beauty work, and recovery sessions easier at home. It includes a memory foam face pillow, PU leather armrest, replacement cover, and 50 disposable face-cradle covers for hygiene.

How does the Cxgros headrest convert my bed into a treatment surface?

The frame slides under the mattress and uses the mattress weight to form a stable support for face-down positioning. Height and angle adjustments let you tailor the fit to your mattress thickness and client comfort, creating a reliable face cradle without a full table.

• Support frame dimensions: 10.5" x 16" and very lightweight (cradle only ~3.5 lbs)
• Fits mattresses 6"–17" thick with quick height adjustment
• 300° angle control to customize head and neck positioning

What comfort features help clients relax during face-down treatments?

Comfort is prioritized with a contoured memory foam face pillow that distributes facial pressure and a PU leather armrest shelf for relaxed arm positioning. A breast support pillow and soft replacement pillowcase add extra ease for longer sessions.

• Ergonomic memory foam face cushion to reduce local pressure
• PU leather armrest shelf for forearm support and durability
• Included breast pillow and replacement cover for added comfort

How portable and space-efficient is the kit compared to a massage table?

The Cxgros headrest folds down to occupy a fraction of the space a massage table needs and is light enough to handle with one hand. It's intended for home use, pop-up therapy, or professionals who need a compact tool for on-site care.

• Folds flat and saves up to 96% space versus traditional tables
• Cradle weight is only about 3.5 lbs for easy carrying
• Quick assembly and storage — no heavy lifting required

What is included and how does the kit support hygiene and maintenance?

The package contains everything to begin using the headrest immediately and keep it clean between clients or sessions. Disposable face-cradle covers and a replaceable PU leather pillowcase make sanitation straightforward.

• Full kit: adjustable headrest, memory foam pillow, armrest shelf, breast pillow
• Includes one PU leather replacement pillowcase and 50 disposable covers
• Simple wipe-clean surfaces and removable covers for easy care
