KONOVOLY Bed Massage Headrest — Light Yellow Adjustable Under-Mattress Face Cradle with Washable Pillowcase, Portable Alloy Frame

The KONOVOLY Massage Headrest for Bed is an adjustable, under-mattress face cradle system that converts any standard bed into a comfortable, hygienic massage or recovery surface in seconds.

This compact kit replaces the need for a bulky massage table by using a lightweight alloy frame that slides beneath most mattresses and supports a cushioned, removable pillow. Designed to work across a wide range of mattress thicknesses and to accommodate treatments from relaxation massage to gentle face-down rest after procedures, the set focuses on convenience, portability, and easy care.

How does it turn a regular bed into a massage-appropriate surface?

The KONOVOLY headrest installs without tools: the alloy frame slides under the mattress and the adjustable bracket raises the face cradle to the chosen height. Because the frame is only 3.5 lbs and engineered to fit common mattress depths, you get a stable support that doesn’t require a separate table.

• Ultra-light alloy under-mattress frame supports the headrest discreetly
• Fits mattresses from 6" to 17" thick for broad compatibility
• Quick hook-and-loop assembly makes setup tool-free and fast

What adjustment options are available for different treatments?

The headrest bracket rotates and raises to adapt to different body positions and types of massage. With a 180° rotation and an adjustable height range, practitioners and home users can fine-tune alignment for comfort and access.

• 180° rotation for forward or angled positioning
• Height adjustability spanning 6" to 17" mattress heights
• Secure locking points keep the cradle steady during use

Is the pillow hygienic and easy to maintain?

The included dual-layer memory foam pillow has a removable fabric cover made for routine washing. The breathable, skin-friendly sleeve supports hand or machine washing so you can keep the contact surface fresh between sessions.

• Detachable pillowcase for straightforward cleaning
• Breathable fabric that’s gentle against skin
• Memory foam core offers pressure relief and shape retention

Can this headrest meet professional and post-procedure needs?

Built with versatility in mind, the KONOVOLY system suits a range of uses from spa-style Thai or Swedish techniques to comfortable face-down positioning during post-op recovery. While it supports therapeutic and relaxation settings, it should be used according to any practitioner or clinician guidance for specific recovery protocols.

• Professional-grade bracket and alloy base for stable support
• Quick conversion of any suitable bed into a massage surface
• Compact design for portability between rooms or locations
