YOFENZO Massage Headrest for Bed — Portable Face Cradle Kit with Extra-Long 21" Armrest Shelf, Adjustable Memory Foam Pillow

The YOFENZO Massage Headrest for Bed is a portable, tool-free massage kit that converts a regular mattress into a face-down massage station with an extra-long armrest shelf and adjustable face cradle.

Whether you want to relax at home after a long day, need a comfortable face-down position for a treatment, or want an easy-to-store alternative to a bulky massage table, this all-in-one set makes it simple. The kit includes an under-mattress support base, a fully adjustable face cradle, a contoured memory foam pillow with a removable cover, and a uniquely extended PU leather armrest shelf for extra arm and wrist support.

How does the YOFENZO headrest convert a bed into a massage setup?

Setup takes only seconds with no tools required: slide the slim support base beneath your mattress, attach the face cradle frame, pop on the memory foam pillow, and lock the armrest shelf in place. The compact design folds flat for storage and uses the mattress itself for stability, eliminating the need for a separate table.

• Under-mattress base fits 6–17 inch mattresses for wide compatibility
• Tool-free assembly and quick attach/detach parts
• Folds flat to save space when not in use

What makes the extra-long armrest shelf helpful during a session?

YOFENZO’s 21-inch armrest shelf is longer than standard models, providing support from palms to elbows so users can relax their shoulders and wrists. The padded PU leather surface also serves as a convenient spot for a phone or tablet, which is handy for entertainment or guided relaxation while face down.

• 21-inch length supports full forearm and elbow contact
• Padded PU leather for comfort and easy cleaning
• Wide enough to hold small devices during use

How adjustable and comfortable is the face cradle and pillow?

The face cradle rotates through 300 degrees and has multiple height settings so you can tailor the angle to different facial shapes and head positions. The green contoured pillow is made from pressure-relieving memory foam and has a breathable, removable cover for hygiene and easy washing.

• 300-degree angle adjustment for precise positioning
• Memory foam pillow distributes pressure evenly to reduce facial marks
• Removable, machine-washable cover for simple cleaning

Will this fit my bed and how durable is the kit?

Designed to work with 99% of standard mattresses from thin to thick (6–17 inches), the under-mattress base creates a stable anchor by using the mattress weight. Components are built for frequent use—metal frame hardware, reinforced joints, and a wipeable PU armrest ensure longevity with normal home use.

• Compatible with most mattress heights and mattress types
• Sturdy metal frame and reinforced attachment points for durability
• Includes step-by-step video guide to simplify installation
