PHILIPS Multigroom All-in-One Trimmer MG3740, 13-Piece Kit — 60 min Battery & Self-Sharpening Blades

Philips Norelco Multigroom MG3740 is a 13-piece all-in-one men’s trimmer that handles beard, head, body and detail work with self-sharpening steel blades and up to 60 minutes of cordless use.

This compact grooming kit delivers a complete set of attachments to cut, trim and define hair across your face, head and body. Built for everyday styling, the Multigroom 3000 series combines durable, tempered blades with a variety of guards and trimmers so you can switch between looks quickly. Rinsable heads and a storage pouch make maintenance and travel simple, while the robust battery gives you enough runtime for multiple sessions from a single charge.

How does the MG3740 manage different hair types and lengths?

The MG3740 includes 13 attachments—three trimmers and seven guards—so you can move from close fades to longer stubble without swapping tools. Its self-sharpening steel blades stay aligned and cut smoothly through coarse or fine hair, reducing pulls and snags. Use the metal detail trimmer for precise lines, the nose trimmer for delicate areas, and the guards to set consistent lengths.

• 13 included pieces for head, face and body trimming
• Self-sharpening steel blades reinforced with iron
• Multiple comb lengths for consistent results
• Metal detail trimmer for edges and precision work

What kind of battery life and charging performance can I expect?

A single full charge delivers up to 60 minutes of cordless use, enough for several quick touch-ups or a full grooming session. The battery provides consistent power so cutting performance remains steady as it runs. This runtime makes it convenient for home use and suitable for travel when combined with the included pouch.

• Up to 60 minutes of cordless runtime per charge
• Stable cutting power through the battery cycle
• Portable design ideal for travel and quick touch-ups
• Storage pouch keeps unit and accessories organized

How easy is the MG3740 to clean and maintain?

Most attachments are rinsable under running water, so removing hair and buildup is quick and hygienic. The blades are designed to remain sharp without frequent replacement and require only occasional oiling according to the user manual. When dry, store everything in the supplied pouch to protect blade edges and preserve performance.

• Rinsable attachments for easy cleaning
• Self-sharpening blades reduce maintenance frequency
• Includes storage pouch for protection and portability
• Simple assembly and attachment swaps for daily use

Can I use this trimmer safely around sensitive areas?

The set includes a dedicated nose trimmer designed for gentle removal in sensitive spots, and the rounded blade tips reduce skin irritation during normal use. Guards help keep a safe distance between the blade and skin when trimming body or facial hair. For extra protection, use lower guard sizes and light passes near sensitive areas.

• Nose and ear trimmer for gentle, targeted trimming
• Rounded blade tips to minimize skin irritation
• Varied guards to control cutting distance from skin
• Detail trimmer for careful edge definition
