MAST TATTOO Pro2 1205RL Tattoo Needle Cartridges — 12×0.5mm RL, 304L Stainless, Full Membrane

MAST TATTOO Pro2 1205RL cartridges are pre-sterilized rotary-compatible tattoo needle cartridges designed for precise lining and smooth ink flow in a 12-0.5RL configuration.

Built for professional artists who demand consistent results, the Pro2 1205RL combines tightly controlled needle geometry with a stabilized plunger and full membrane barrier. Each cartridge uses premium 304L stainless steel needles with automated grinding and machine-aligned groupings, so the performance is repeatable across sessions and across machines. The nozzles and internal profile are tuned to reduce turbulence, while the membrane protects grips and machines from backflow.

How does the 1205RL configuration perform for lining and detailed work?

The 1205RL (12 needles, 0.5mm taper, round liner) is optimized for medium-weight lines and packed details. Its tight grouping and precise taper give clear, consistent lines without frequent passes. Artists find it effective for both clean outlines and controlled dotwork when used at appropriate speeds.

• 12-needle round liner grouping for medium-width lines and fills
• 0.5mm taper for balanced ink deposit and skin trauma control
• Machine-aligned needles for even stroke performance
• Reduced ink splatter due to stabilized plunger and nozzle profile

Will these cartridges fit my rotary pen machine?

Pro2 cartridges are made for broad compatibility with standard rotary pen-style machines. They are confirmed to work with Mast and Dragonhawk models, and with most universal-fit rotary pens. Always verify the cartridge connection with your specific pen, but you generally do not need machine-specific cartridges.

• Universal fitting for most rotary pen-style machines
• Confirmed compatibility with Mast and Dragonhawk brands
• One cartridge system reduces inventory complexity in studios
• Individually packed units for easy, sterile handling

How does the full membrane and anti-wobble design protect my equipment and work?

The integrated full membrane seals the cartridge internals to prevent ink from traveling back into grips and tubes, protecting your machine from contamination. The stabilized plunger reduces needle wobble, which helps maintain crisp linework and reduces inconsistent shading and ink pooling during long sessions.

• Full membrane barrier prevents ink backflow and device contamination
• Stabilized plunger minimizes needle wobble for steadier strokes
• Nozzle geometry reduces ink turbulence for dependable flow
• Durable tip rigidity keeps performance consistent over multiple passes

What needle quality controls and materials are used in Pro2 cartridges?

Needles in the Pro2 line are made from premium 304L stainless steel and undergo automated sharpening to deliver consistent taper geometry. Groupings are machine-aligned within tight tolerances to avoid skipped strokes and uneven inking, giving predictable results whether packing or shading.

• 304L stainless steel for corrosion resistance and needle strength
• Automated grinding ensures consistent taper and point geometry
• Grouping alignment to +/-0.02mm tolerance for uniform ink deposition
• Upgraded tip rigidity and durability for extended use

Who is this for? The MAST TATTOO Pro2 1205RL cartridge is aimed at professional and advanced tattoo artists seeking a reliable, rotary-compatible liner cartridge for medium-width lines, detailed work, and controlled fills. Studios that prefer a single cartridge system across multiple pen brands will appreciate the universal fit, full membrane protection, and consistent needle tolerances. If you need repeatable line precision, reduced ink backflow, and a durable cartridge for everyday studio use, the Pro2 1205RL is engineered to meet those needs.
