MAST TATTOO Pro SMP Cartridge Needles 1003RL, 20-Pack — Sterile Stainless Steel Round Liner

MAST TATTOO Pro SMP 1003RL cartridge needles are a 20-piece, EO-sterilized set of surgical stainless-steel cartridges engineered for stable ink flow and precise strokes across scalp micropigmentation, permanent makeup, and fine tattoo work.

These Mast Pro SMP cartridges combine a low-profile housing, clear tip for improved visibility, and an internal protective membrane to reduce fluid backflow — all designed to give artists a consistent, controllable needle platform. Each cartridge is single-use and individually packaged to meet hygiene expectations in professional studios and mobile settings. The 1003RL configuration (Round Liner) is tailored for crisp lines and controlled pigment placement, making it a versatile option for detailed work and hair-stroke techniques.

How do these cartridges keep ink flow steady and reduce contamination risk?

The Pro SMP cartridges include an internal protective membrane that blocks liquid from traveling into the machine body, minimizing contamination risk while preserving consistent ink movement through the tip. The cartridge housing is shaped to support smooth ink delivery and stable needle travel, which helps produce even saturation and predictable drop size.

• Protective membrane prevents backflow into the pen or machine.
• Low-profile housing and interior shaping promote consistent ink flow.
• Individually sealed EO gas sterilized packaging reduces cross-contamination.

What makes the 1003RL configuration suitable for SMP and fine-lining?

The 1003RL (round liner) groups multiple fine needles into a compact cluster that creates precise, concentrated lines and dots. This configuration allows artists to craft defined hair strokes, crisp outlines, and tight detail work without excessive tissue trauma when used with proper technique and machine settings.

• Round liner cluster for sharp lines and pinpoint dots.
• Balanced needle grouping for controlled pigment deposition.
• Good for micro-hair techniques, small outlines, and spot shading.

Are these cartridges compatible with my tattoo or permanent makeup pen?

MAST Pro SMP cartridges are designed to interface with most cartridge-style pen machines and permanent makeup devices that accept industry-standard cartridge fittings. That interoperability makes them convenient for artists who use different pen brands or switch between machines in a studio.

• Fits most cartridge-compatible rotary and PMU pen machines.
• Works with Mast Tattoo pen machines as well as other brands with the same interface.
• Quick-swap design allows efficient cartridge changes during sessions.

How are these cartridges packaged and sterilized for studio safety?

Each cartridge arrives individually sealed and is sterilized using ethylene oxide (EO) gas to ensure surgical-grade cleanliness out of the package. The clear tip shell improves visibility for needle positioning while smooth edges and a low-profile design help reduce additional tissue trauma when used responsibly.

• 100% EO gas sterilized, single-use packaging.
• Light clear tip shell for better visibility and accuracy.
• Surgical stainless-steel needles and smooth housing edges for safer application.
