MAST TATTOO Mast Pro Tattoo Cartridges 1209RS 20-Pack — Clear Round Shader 9-Needle, Disposable

MAST TATTOO Mast Pro 20Pcs 1209RS disposable cartridges are pre-assembled round shader needle units with clear high-density plastic bodies designed for consistent pigment flow and easy cleaning.

These Mast Pro cartridges come in a pack of 20 and use the 1209RS round shader configuration to deliver even saturation and reliable performance for shading and packing color. The clear plastic housing reveals needle alignment and ink level, while the cartridge’s calibrated tension reduces strain on pen-style rotary machines. They’re intended for artists who want a dependable, all-purpose shader cartridge that’s simple to swap during sessions.

How do these cartridges affect shading and color packing?

The 1209RS round shader configuration groups nine tightly set round needles to create smooth gradients and dense fills without excessive passes. The arrangement balances coverage and control so colors lay evenly.

• Round shader 9-needle grouping optimizes pigment distribution.
• Tightly clustered needles reduce blowout risk when used with proper depth.
• Clear housing shows ink flow for consistent saturation.
• Disposable single-use design prevents cross-contamination.

What machine compatibility and tension features should I expect?

MAST Pro cartridges are built with a standard snap-fit connection compatible with most popular rotary pen systems. The internal tension is tuned to minimize vibration and reduce load on the machine’s motor for smoother runs and longer pen life.

• Universal snap-fit connection fits most cartridge-ready tattoo pens.
• Calibrated tension reduces strain on rotary motors.
• Consistent needle travel helps maintain steady line and shade work.
• Pre-assembled cartridges speed up needle changes mid-session.

How does the clear plastic body improve workflow and hygiene?

The high-density transparent body makes it easy to monitor ink level, needle movement, and color changes, streamlining cleaning between cartridges and reducing wasted ink. As single-use disposables, they also simplify sterile technique and cleanup.

• Transparent housing reveals needle alignment and ink saturation.
• Easier color-change verification to avoid cross-contamination.
• High-density plastic is durable during typical tattooing pressure.
• Disposable format supports clinic hygiene protocols.

What practical tips help get the best results with Mast Pro 1209RS?

Match needle selection to the area and skin type — 1209RS is great for medium-to-large fills and soft shading. Keep your machine settings moderate, check ink feed through the clear body, and swap cartridges when pigment flow slows.

• Use moderate machine speed for smooth pigment laydown.
• Test depth on practice skin to avoid over-saturation.
• Replace cartridge when you notice reduced ink flow or wear.
• Always discard used cartridges per local biohazard rules.
