MAST TATTOO Pro Cartridge 1007RS Bugpin Round Shader 20-Pack — Clear Body, Calibrated Tension for Smooth Shading

Mast Pro Tattoo Cartridges 20-pack (1007RS) are disposable bugpin round shader needles with clear, high-density bodies designed for smooth shading and easy cleaning.

These Mast Pro purple cartridges combine a reinforced, transparent plastic housing with calibrated needle tension to reduce stress on rotary pens and keep machines running smoothly during long sessions. The 1007RS bugpin configuration is optimized for soft, even fills and nuanced shading work while offering the convenience of disposable hygiene. Built to suit a wide range of styles, they deliver consistent performance for both tight packing and gentle gradients.

How do these cartridges improve machine performance?

The cartridges are engineered with a balanced spring tension and high-density clear body that stabilizes needle movement, reducing wobble and load on the pen motor. Less vibration and consistent needle stroke extend the life of rotary machines and help maintain steady needle penetration throughout the tattooing process.

• Calibrated tension for smoother needle travel
• High-density plastic casing reduces flex under pressure
• Disposable design prevents buildup that can strain motors
• Compatible with most standard cartridge rotary pens

What makes the 1007RS bugpin round shader suitable for shading?

The 1007RS groups multiple fine bugpin needles in a compact round shader pattern that distributes ink evenly and allows subtle blends. Its tighter needle arrangement produces softer edges and controlled ink deposition, ideal for gradients, soft shading, and packing color without harsh lines.

• Bugpin needles for finer, denser shading
• Round shader arrangement for smooth gradients
• Consistent ink flow for even coverage
• Great for delicate shading and color fills

How does the clear body help during a session?

The transparent housing gives immediate visual feedback on ink flow and tip cleanliness, letting artists confirm proper saturation and quickly switch colors without guessing. Because the body is easier to inspect and clean between purple cartridge changes, it helps maintain hygiene and reduces downtime.

• Visible ink flow reduces surprises mid-shade
• Quick visual checks speed color changes
• Clear casing simplifies tip cleaning between uses
• Helps confirm cartridge integrity before use

What sizes and use cases are these cartridges best for?

Sold in a 20-count pack, the 1007RS bugpin round shaders cover common shading tasks across portrait, realism, and neo-traditional styles. They perform especially well for soft transitions, small-to-medium fill areas, and any work demanding fine control rather than bold, single-pass packing.

• 20 cartridges per pack for consistent supply
• Ideal for medium fills and soft gradients
• Works well in portrait and detailed shading work
• All-purpose reliability across liner and shader needs

Who is this for: Professional and aspiring tattoo artists looking for a reliable, disposable cartridge that balances fine shading capability with machine-friendly construction. These Mast Pro bugpin round shaders suit artists who need precise control, easy visual monitoring during sessions, and cartridges designed to reduce stress on rotary pens while maintaining consistent ink delivery.
