MAST TATTOO Mast Pro 0803RL Round Liner Cartridges 20‑Count 0.8mm Disposable - Clear Housing, Stable Tension

MAST TATTOO Mast Pro 0803RL disposable cartridges are pre-sterilized 0.8mm round liner needles in a 20-count pack designed for consistent ink flow and smooth line work.

These Mast Pro 0803RL cartridges combine a clear, high-density plastic housing with a precisely tensioned needle assembly to support reliable performance across tattoo sessions. The transparent body makes tip cleaning and color changes simpler, while the stable tension reduces stress on rotary and pen-style machines. Sold in a convenient 20-count disposable pack, they are suitable for artists who want dependable liner cartridges ready out of the box.

How do these cartridges help produce cleaner lines?

The 0803RL is configured as a round liner with tightly grouped 0.8mm needles that concentrate pigment delivery for crisp outlines. Uniform alignment and consistent needle tension minimize wobble and skipping during fast or detailed strokes. Together, these features help maintain steady line width and repeatable results.

• Tightly grouped 0.8mm round liner configuration for precise pigment placement
• Stable needle tension reduces vibration and machine strain
• Clear body allows visual confirmation of ink flow
• Disposable design prevents cross-contamination

Will these cartridges fit my rotary or pen machine?

MAST TATTOO Mast Pro cartridges use a standard plug-in connection compatible with most pen-style and rotary tattoo machines that accept cartridge systems. Their low-friction housing and proper tensioning are optimized to work smoothly on modern machines without modification. Always check your machine’s cartridge compatibility before purchasing.

• Standard cartridge connection fits most pen/rotary setups
• Low-friction housing for consistent feed on high-speed machines
• Pre-tested tension minimizes need for on-machine adjustments

How should I clean and handle the clear cartridge bodies between color changes?

The Mast Pro clear plastic body is designed to make external cleaning quicker and more visible, but the cartridges remain single-use and should be disposed of after client application. For temporary color changes during a session, wipe the exterior tip and use fresh ink cups; do not attempt to sterilize or reuse the cartridge internals. Follow studio hygiene protocols and local regulations for disposal.

• Wipe exterior tip between color changes for short transitions
• Use fresh ink cups; do not refill cartridges
• Dispose of cartridges after single client use according to regulations

What sizes and groupings does the Mast Pro line offer for versatility?

While this SKU is the 0803RL round liner configuration, the Mast Pro range includes multiple groupings for liners and shaders to cover most tattoo styles. Artists can mix needle types—liners, shaders, magnums—to build a kit that handles fine detail, shading, and color packing. Choosing complementary groupings ensures consistent machine response across tasks.

• Round liners for crisp outlines and script work
• Shaders and magnums for smooth packing and gradients
• Multiple diameters and groupings available within the Mast Pro series
