Freebody Massage Headrest for Bed, Grey 18" Adjustable Portable Face Cradle, Secure Clamp

The Freebody Massage Headrest is a portable, adjustable face cradle that clamps to a bed so someone can lie comfortably face-down for at-home massage or relaxation.

Built to bring the ergonomics of a professional massage table into a household bedroom, this headrest raises and levels a cushioned face pad to match mattress height. The unit adapts to common mattress types and thicknesses, stays secure under pressure, and disassembles for storage — a practical solution for partners, home therapists, and anyone who wants the comfort of a face-down position without buying a full massage table.

How does the headrest adapt to different mattress heights?

The arm is telescoping so you can set pad height precisely to match mattresses between about 8" and 14" thick. That prevents the cradle from angling awkwardly and keeps the neck in a neutral position while the user lies face-down.

• Adjustable extendable arm fits most memory foam, pillow-top, and hybrid mattresses.
• Clamps to bed frame for a level, stable face rest without shims.
• 18" maximum height gives room for thicker mattresses and toppers.

Will the headrest stay steady during a massage?

Yes — the Freebody frame is reinforced to resist wobble and sliding when pressure is applied. The mounting and structure are designed to hold steady so the person giving the massage can work without constant repositioning.

• Reinforced metal frame reduces movement under load.
• Secure clamping system locks the cradle to the bed frame.
• Wide base and balanced design maintain stability while in use.

Is the face cushion comfortable and easy to maintain?

The headrest includes a soft, removable face pad sized to support the forehead and cheeks comfortably. The cushion detaches for spot cleaning, making it simple to keep the surface fresh between sessions.

• Soft padded face cradle supports a natural, neutral head position.
• Removable cover or cushion allows for easy cleaning and care.
• Durable upholstery resists wear from regular use in home settings.

How simple is assembly and storage?

Assembly is intended to be quick and tool-free so you can attach the cradle to your bed within minutes. When not in use it disassembles compactly for closet storage or transport, making it suitable for small homes and travel to clients.

• Quick setup that clamps to most standard bed frames.
• No special tools required for assembly or adjustment.
• Lightweight, portable design for easy storage or transport.

Who this is for: The Freebody Massage Headrest is ideal for couples who give at-home back or shoulder massages, mobile or part-time therapists who need an inexpensive portable solution, and anyone recovering from neck tension who benefits from a supported face-down position. It’s also a practical gift for people who enjoy home spa days and want professional-style comfort without the footprint and cost of a full massage table.
