EarthLite Massage Table Face Cradle - Deluxe Adjustable Black, CloudFill Comfort

The EarthLite Massage Table Face Cradle Deluxe Adjustable is a fully adjustable, lightweight headrest with CloudFill cushioning and PVC-free Natursoft upholstery designed to reduce pressure on the face and sinuses.

This deluxe face cradle from EarthLite blends ergonomic engineering with plush materials to improve client comfort during massage and bodywork sessions. Built to fit standard portable massage tables with 8" on-center face cradle outlets, the headrest uses an adjustable patented mechanism and a single cam lever to lock the position securely. The face pillow uses the CloudFill Foam cushioning system covered in EarthLite's eco-friendly 100% PU Natursoft upholstery, giving a soft, conforming surface that minimizes facial pressure while resisting wear.

How does this face cradle improve client comfort?

The cradle's CloudFill Foam and contoured pillow shape distribute facial pressure more evenly and aim to relieve pressure points around the nose and jaw. The cushioning is double-stitched into a supple, PVC-free cover that reduces friction and skin irritation while preserving a plush feel.

• CloudFill Foam provides a conforming surface for the face.
• Contoured pillow shape reduces contact on the sinuses and nose bridge.
• Double-stitched Natursoft cover resists wear and feels soft on skin.
• PVC-free 100% PU upholstery for a cleaner, more sustainable option.

Will it fit my portable massage table or chair?

Yes — the Deluxe Adjustable headrest is engineered for compatibility with most standard portable massage tables that use an 8" on-center face cradle outlet. The lightweight frame and compact design also make it adaptable for many chair setups where a similar outlet exists.

• Designed for 8" on-center face cradle outlets common on portable tables.
• Lightweight frame pairs easily with most portable table models.
• Compact size helps when swapping between tables and chairs.
• Single cam lever locks headrest firmly in place for stable support.

How adjustable and secure is the headrest platform?

The headrest uses a patented adjustable mechanism that allows precise tilt and angle positioning so therapists can align the client’s head comfortably. Once you find the ideal position, a single cam lever locks the assembly into a firm, fixed orientation to prevent movement during treatment.

• Patented adjustable design for accurate angle and tilt control.
• Single cam lever provides a quick, secure lock into place.
• Fine-tune positioning for different client sizes and treatment types.
• Durable construction made to withstand regular professional use.

What materials and maintenance does this face pillow require?

The face pillow combines CloudFill Foam with EarthLite’s Natursoft upholstery, which is a PU-based, PVC-free material. It cleans easily with standard surface cleaners and resists cracking and peeling better than many lower-cost vinyl covers.

• CloudFill Foam core for long-lasting cushioning performance.
• 100% PU Natursoft upholstery: PVC-free and softer than traditional vinyl.
• Double-stitched seams for added durability and longevity.
• Wipe-clean maintenance with compatible non-abrasive cleaners.

This EarthLite Deluxe Adjustable Face Cradle is ideal for massage therapists, spa owners, mobile bodyworkers, and anyone who needs a dependable, comfortable headrest that fits standard portable tables. It suits practitioners who prioritize client comfort, easy adjustability, and a PVC-free upholstery option. Backed by EarthLite’s one-year warranty, it’s a practical upgrade for studios and mobile setups that demand consistent performance and a softer, more conforming face support.
