CALLRIOTUS Massage Headrest for Bed — Adjustable Face Cradle, Gray, Height to 19 in, Portable & Stable

CALLRIOTUS Massage Headrest for Bed is a portable, height-adjustable face cradle that converts your mattress or sofa into a comfortable face-down massage, facial, or recovery station.

If you want the comfort of a massage table without the bulk, this gray CALLRIOTUS face cradle offers a simple, space-saving solution that fits most home beds and sofas. It lifts and supports the head in a face-down position with a U-shaped cushion, a reinforced under-mattress base for stability, and adjustable height and tilt up to 19 inches. Designed for recovery, beauty routines, couples' treatments, and everyday relaxation, this headrest balances firmness and cushioning while remaining easy to install and store.

How does the CALLRIOTUS headrest create a stable face-down position?

The headrest uses a widened metal support frame that slides under the mattress, reducing wobble and shifting during use. A locking bracket secures the height and angle, and a hook-and-loop pillow platform keeps the cushion centered for consistent support.

• Widened under-mattress metal frame for steadiness
• Reinforced locking bracket prevents slippage
• Hook-and-loop cushion platform for secure placement

Can the height and angle be adjusted to fit different users?

Yes — the CALLRIOTUS headrest adjusts in both height and angle so users of varying body types can find a comfortable face-down posture. The mechanism clicks into place and supports positions up to 19 inches high, making it suitable for different mattress depths and seating surfaces.

• Height range up to 19 inches for versatile setups
• Angle adjustment for customized neck and face alignment
• Simple locking system to maintain the chosen position

Is this headrest appropriate for post-surgery rest or facial treatments?

The U-shaped face cradle keeps the nose and mouth area open and reduces direct pressure on the eyes and forehead, which can be helpful during face-down recovery and beauty care. While it offers supportive cushioning and breathable positioning, follow any medical advice from your provider for post-surgical care.

• U-shaped cushion leaves the face center open for breathing
• Thick padding reduces concentrated pressure on facial areas
• Portable design for at-home post-op comfort and beauty routines

How easy is it to set up, remove, and store?

The design is intentionally compact and user-friendly: the base slides under the mattress, the bracket locks into the chosen height, and the pillow attaches with hook-and-loop fasteners. It disassembles quickly for storage or travel and doesn’t take up the space of a full massage table.

• Tool-free installation and quick height locking
• Removable cushion for cleaning or storage
• Lightweight frame packs away under a bed or in a closet

Who is this for: The CALLRIOTUS Massage Headrest for Bed is designed for people who want a convenient, non-permanent face-down support system at home — ideal for massage enthusiasts, partners giving at-home treatments, estheticians doing facials, and anyone needing temporary postural support after facial procedures. It’s best for users who prefer a compact alternative to a full massage table and want adjustable, cushioned positioning on mattresses, sofas, or other flat seating surfaces.
