BodyRefresh Eucalyptus Mint Shower Steamers 18-Pack — Travel-Friendly Aromatherapy Tablets for Sinus Relief & Energizing Showers

BodyRefresh Eucalyptus Mint Shower Steamers are individually wrapped aromatherapy tablets that release a concentrated eucalyptus-and-mint steam to refresh your shower and ease sinus congestion without a bathtub.

These 18 eucalyptus-mint shower steamers turn a regular shower into a spa-like inhalation experience by dissolving slowly in warm steam and releasing essential-oil aroma. Each tablet is individually sealed for freshness and designed to sit near—but not directly under—the water flow so you control how quickly the scent disperses. Lightweight and travel-friendly, they’re intended for quick sinus relief, energizing morning routines, or a calming end-of-day ritual.

How do these shower steamers work and how do I use them?

When a tablet encounters warm shower steam and occasional splashes, the essential oils vaporize and scent the air. You don’t need a bath: place the steamer on the floor, a shelf, or a corner where it gets light water contact but isn’t under a constant stream.

• Remove outer wrapper and clear film before use.
• Put one tablet near splash area to gradually release aroma.
• Move tablet closer to the stream for faster release or farther for longer diffusion.
• Use one tablet per shower; discard residue after use.

What scent profile and benefits can I expect from eucalyptus and mint?

The 1:1 eucalyptus-to-mint blend produces a bright, cool, and slightly camphoraceous aroma that feels both cleansing and uplifting. The concentrated essential oils are designed to create a refreshing atmosphere that can help you breathe more easily while you shower and support a focused, energized mindset.

• Fresh, cooling top note from mint.
• Clearing, aromatic eucalyptus middle note.
• Sustained scent designed to last through a typical shower.
• Suitable for morning wake-ups or post-exercise refreshment.

Are these safe to use and how long does each tablet last?

Each steamer is formulated for shower use only and comes individually wrapped to preserve fragrance until you’re ready to use it. Lifespan depends on where you place it: a tablet exposed to heavier splashes will dissolve faster, while one placed out of direct flow will release scent more slowly and last longer.

• Individually sealed tablets for freshness and hygiene.
• Control dissolution speed by placement relative to shower stream.
• One tablet typically covers a single shower session.
• Not for ingestion; keep away from children and pets.

Can I pack these for travel and are they good gifts?

The compact, individually wrapped format makes these steamers travel-friendly and spill-free in luggage. The 18-count supply also works well as a multipack gift—suitable for stocking stuffers, care packages, or a practical self-care present for friends and family.

• Individually wrapped for easy transport and gifting.
• 18 tablets provide several weeks of use or multiple gift portions.
• Ideal for hotel showers, gym bags, or staycations.
• Presented as thoughtful stocking stuffers or care gifts.
