Bastion Pink Grapefruit Foaming Antibacterial Hand Soap Refill 1 Gallon — Moisturizing, Citrus Scented Bulk

Bastion Pink Grapefruit Foaming Antibacterial Hand Soap Refill (1 gallon) is a bulk foaming soap that delivers antibacterial cleansing with a refreshing citrus fragrance while keeping hands moisturized.

This 128-ounce refill is formulated for foaming dispensers and blends antibacterial agents with skin-conditioning ingredients to remove dirt and grease without stripping natural moisture. The lively pink grapefruit scent brightens routines, and the concentrated gallon size is designed for homes, offices, and commercial spaces that need a dependable, cost-effective supply. Made in the USA, the product prioritizes gentleness, ease of use, and eco-conscious refill convenience.

How effective is this soap at cleaning and removing grease?

The foaming formula is engineered to lift away oils, grime, and everyday residues while producing a thick lather that reaches skin creases. It balances cleaning power with mild surfactants that reduce the need for harsh scrubbing, so hands feel clean without roughness.

• Antibacterial ingredients help reduce surface bacteria during washing.
• Foam texture spreads quickly for efficient coverage and removal.
• Designed to cut through grease from cooking, gardening, and daily tasks.
• Works in foaming pumps—no dilution or special mixing required.

Will this soap dry out my hands with frequent use?

No—this formula is pH-balanced and includes moisturizing agents to help preserve the skin’s natural barrier. Regular hand washers will notice softer, smoother skin compared with harsher liquid soaps that strip oils.

• Skin-conditioning ingredients lock in moisture after rinsing.
• Gentle enough for repeated daytime use by adults and children.
• Dermatologically considered ingredients, free from parabens and strong irritants.
• Recommended for sensitive-skin households and busy work environments.

How do I use this gallon refill with my existing dispensers?

Pour the gallon concentrate directly into any compatible foaming soap pump—no dilution needed. This refill is formulated specifically for foaming dispensers and will not perform correctly in standard liquid pumps.

• Use only in foaming-style dispensers for proper lather.
• Refill carefully to avoid spills and keep containers sealed after use.
• One gallon supplies many refills for kitchens, bathrooms, and public restrooms.
• Compatible with most commercial and home foaming pumps on the market.

What does the pink grapefruit scent add to the handwashing experience?

The scent delivers bright, citrus top notes that make handwashing feel fresh and invigorating rather than medicinal or heavy. It’s formulated to be pleasant without overpowering, leaving a subtle, uplifting aroma on hands that fades naturally.

• Natural-like pink grapefruit fragrance with sweet and tangy elements.
• Light residue scent—designed for broad appeal across ages.
• Helps create a more enjoyable hygiene routine in public and private spaces.
• Scented but not overpowering, suitable for busy shared environments.
