Wormhole Tattoo Rotary Tattoo Starter Kit for Beginners WTK090 — 20 Color Inks, 20 Cartridge Needles, Adjustable Power

Wormhole Tattoo Kit for Beginners (WTK090) is an all-in-one rotary tattoo starter kit that includes a lightweight rotary pen, power supply, 20 color inks, 20 cartridge needles and practice skins so you can begin learning and practicing safely.

This compact starter kit was put together for people learning tattooing who need a single, ready-to-go package. The kit centers on a rotary tattoo pen built from aluminum alloy for a comfortable grip, a stable power supply, multiple cartridge needles and a broad palette of inks. It’s designed for practice work—outlining and shading—so you can build technique before moving on to professional setups.

What tools are included and why do they matter?

The kit bundles a rotary tattoo pen, power supply, cartridge needles, 20 color inks, practice skins and basic accessories so beginners don’t have to shop for separate parts. Each component is matched to work together for practice sessions.

• Rotary pen: ergonomic aluminum alloy body for lighter feel and reduced hand fatigue.
• Power supply: adjustable voltage, compatible with included clip cord and foot pedal.
• Needles & inks: 20 cartridge needles and 20 color inks for varied practice styles.
• Practice skins: multiple sheets to develop lining and shading safely.

How does the rotary pen perform for learning outlines and shading?

The pen is tuned to handle both outlining and shading tasks, with an adjustable needle depth and a steady motor that keeps stroke consistency. It’s lighter and quieter than many coil machines, helping beginners concentrate on control rather than vibration.

• Motor: 24mm Mabuchi motor delivering consistent rotations at recommended voltage.
• Stroke and depth: 3.5mm stroke with 1–4mm adjustable needle depth.
• Voltage range: starts at 5V; recommended 7–10V for stable performance.
• Weight: net 130 g for easy handling during long practice sessions.

What safety and warranty support does Wormhole provide?

The kit includes manufacturer backing and clearly stated coverage for key electrical parts, plus guidance to use the supplies strictly for practice unless you upgrade to professional inks. Customer support is available if components need replacement or troubleshooting.

• Warranty: 1 year for the tattoo pen and power supply; 6 months for clip cord and foot pedal.
• Support: Wormhole customer service for setup and issue resolution.
• Practice guidance: recommended use on practice skins or fruit models; professional inks advised for real skin.

How should a beginner begin practicing with this kit?

Start with the included practice skins to learn basic lines, gradients and needle control before working on curved surfaces or human skin. Use lower voltages initially, change cartridge sizes to vary line weights, and keep a clean, well-lit workspace.

• Begin at lower voltage (around 5–7V) to feel machine response and depth control.
• Practice outlines first, then progress to shading and color blending with included inks.
• Rotate cartridge types to learn different line widths and needle groupings.
• Sanitize surfaces and replace disposable cartridges between sessions.

Who is this for: The Wormhole WTK090 kit is aimed at aspiring tattoo artists, hobbyists and students who want a single, practice-focused package that balances ease of use with real machine characteristics. It’s not a professional studio kit for client work; instead it gives newcomers a reliable platform to develop steady hands, needle depth awareness and basic shading techniques before investing in professional-grade inks and equipment.
