SOFFAIR Deep Cleansing Foot Pads — 100 Bamboo Herbal Patches for Better Sleep, Lightweight Breathable Adhesive

SOFFAIR Deep Cleansing Foot Pads are adhesive bamboo-based foot patches designed to promote relaxation and support a more restful night's sleep when used overnight.

These individually wrapped herbal foot pads combine lightweight, breathable materials with a blend of plant-derived extracts sourced from East Asian mountain botanicals. Applied to the soles before bed, the pads are intended to stay comfortable through the night and show visible changes by morning, delivering a simple, no-rinse routine suitable for travel or home use.

How do I use SOFFAIR foot pads correctly?

Applying the pads is straightforward: open a pouch, stick the pad to the clean, dry sole, and leave it on for 6–8 hours—typically overnight. The thin adhesive backing keeps the pad in place without bulk or irritation so you can move naturally while you sleep.

• Open one individually sealed sachet to preserve freshness.
• Attach the patch to the center of the sole; ensure skin is dry.
• Wear for 6–8 hours; remove in the morning and dispose of the used pad.

What ingredients and materials are in these patches?

The formula blends gentle, naturally derived botanicals traditionally found in East Asian mountain regions with a breathable bamboo-based backing. The ingredients are formulated to release warmth-activated aromatic compounds while remaining mild on the skin.

• Plant extracts sourced from East Asian mountain flora.
• Thin, breathable bamboo-derived backing for comfort.
• Individually sealed sachets to keep each pad fresh until use.

What changes should I expect after using them overnight?

By morning the pads often show visible signs of having worked through color or texture change, which users interpret as the result of the adhesive herbal layer interacting with warmth. Many users report feeling more relaxed and experiencing improved sleep quality after consistent use, although outcomes vary by individual.

• Visible pad color/texture change by morning.
• Perceived increase in nighttime relaxation for many users.
• Light, warm sensation from the activated botanical layer.

Are these pads suitable for travel or sensitive skin?
