ForPro Professional Collection Full Round Massage Table Bolster Pillow, 26" x 6" Black — High-Density Foam, Carry Handle

The ForPro Full Round Massage Table Bolster Pillow is a compact, high-density foam support designed to reduce lumbar strain and add comfort during massage, yoga, and stretching sessions.

Lightweight and covered in durable vinyl, this 26" x 6" round bolster provides targeted support where practitioners and home users need it most. Its oil- and stain-resistant surface and built-in carry handle make it practical for busy treatment rooms, mobile therapists, and personal wellness routines. The shape conforms to natural body curves to help maintain comfortable spinal alignment while positioned under knees, ankles, or neck.

How does this bolster improve comfort on a massage table?

Placed beneath the knees during supine (face-up) work, the bolster reduces lower-back tension by encouraging a neutral lumbar curve. It can also sit under the ankles in prone (face-down) positions to relieve pelvic tilt and pressure on the hips. The firm, high-density foam resists flattening so support stays consistent throughout a session.

• Designed to cradle the lumbar curve and support vertebrae
• High-density foam holds shape, resisting compression
• 6" radius offers stable elevation without rolling
• Vinyl surface wipes clean quickly between clients

Can I use this bolster for yoga and stretching at home?

Yes — the ForPro round bolster adapts well to restorative yoga poses and targeted stretches by creating gentle elevation and alignment cues. Its size is small enough for precise placement yet large enough to support knees, ankles, or the neck during longer holds. Because it’s portable, it’s convenient for studio-to-home practice transitions.

• Supports restorative poses like supported bridge and reclined hero
• Helps maintain alignment during passive hamstring and hip stretches
• Portable 1 lb weight for easy storage and transport
• Stain-resistant cover tolerates mats and oils commonly used in practice

What makes the ForPro bolster durable and easy to maintain?

The bolsters use a vinyl covering engineered to resist oils and stains, so routine cleaning is fast and hygienic. Underneath, high-density foam offers long-term resilience that prevents premature sagging. A sewn-in handle simplifies carrying between rooms or to off-site appointments.

• Oil- and stain-resistant vinyl for quick wipe-downs
• High-density interior foam preserves support over time
• Integrated handle for straightforward transport and positioning
• Black finish hides wear and complements professional settings

How big is the bolster and what positions does it suit?

The bolster measures 26 inches long with a 6-inch radius — a profile that suits multiple placement options on standard tables and mats. It performs well under knees, ankles, or the base of the neck and fits within the working space of most therapists and yoga practitioners. The compact footprint also simplifies storage between sessions.

• Length: 26" — long enough for knee-to-ankle placement
• Radius: 6" — offers stable elevation without excessive lift
• Weight: 1 lb — easy to move and pack for mobile work
• Color: black — professional appearance for clinic or studio
